Living Christ has many ministries, some of them shared with other organizations.  Our Outreach team includes programs that both help the community directly and some that share evangelism (spreading the good news of Christ) along with their help

Our Evangelism efforts reach not only out to the neighborhood but also inward to help strengthen the faith of our members as well.

We share our building and ministry with the Salvation Army - The Bridge which is their Hispanic outpost in Hanover Park.  They meet here on Tuesday and Friday evenings at 6:15 p.m. and again on Sundays at 3:15 p.m.  We occasionally share a service or activity together and thoroughly enjoy our time together. 

The Resource Center started out as a computer lab, library and ESL classes and now has incorporated into the Hanover Park Resource Community Coalition which includes sharing office space with the after school programming, formerly known as DuCap.  See their website for further information about HPCRC. 

We are also an approved site for court ordered community service, allowing people to work off their time doing tasks around the building according to their needs and talents.  While their time is supervised, their service is appreciated and their status kept confidential.  We view community service as a time for developing a second chance and improving themselves in the process.
